Terms and Conditions of Sale

1.INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Power Within Academy.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase, subscription, access, and use of digital educational products, audio libraries, courses, and related membership services offered through Power Within Academy ("Academy," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms apply specifically to the following subscription products:

• Forge Foundation
• Direction Forge

By purchasing a subscription, creating a membership account, or accessing paid educational materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable terms disclosed during checkout.

You should read these Terms carefully before completing a purchase.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or access our paid membership products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or overrides consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable legislation.

2.ABOUT POWER WITHIN ACADEMY

Power Within Academy is a digital education platform dedicated to personal development, self-mastery, discipline, attention, energy management, purpose, and the deliberate direction of human potential.

Our educational programs combine philosophical instruction, audio learning, structured frameworks, and personal reflection.

Our products are intended to help members explore concepts, develop awareness, and establish practical habits for personal growth.

Power Within Academy does not provide medical treatment, psychotherapy, financial advisory services, or guaranteed personal transformation.

3.PRODUCTS AND MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Power Within Academy currently offers two principal subscription memberships.

3.1 FORGE FOUNDATION

US$9.97 per month

Forge Foundation is the foundational membership tier of Power Within Academy.

It provides access to a structured collection of audio education and foundational self-mastery materials.

INCLUDED CONTENT

A. Forge Foundation Audio Library

Members receive access to 36 foundational audio volumes organized across six core systems:

• Discipline Foundation
• Energy Mastery Basics
• Focus & Presence Protocol
• Purpose Discovery Framework
• Morning Power Rituals
• Advanced Energy Transmutation

These 36 volumes are made available upon successful enrollment and activation of the membership account.

B. The Power Within — Five-Volume Collection

Members also receive access to The Power Within, a five-volume educational audio collection.

This collection is delivered progressively through a scheduled release system, with content released according to a seven-day schedule.

The scheduled release begins from the applicable enrollment or access date established by the course platform.

EXCLUSIONS

Forge Foundation does not include the eight Direction Forge phases or The Power Within Master Edition — 61 Chapters.

Those resources are reserved for the Direction Forge membership.

3.2 DIRECTION FORGE

US$19.99 per month

Direction Forge is the expanded membership tier of Power Within Academy.

It includes the complete Forge Foundation offering together with additional structured educational programs exploring sexual transmutation, personal discipline, vitality, influence, value creation, integration, and self-direction.

INCLUDED CONTENT

A. All Forge Foundation Materials

Direction Forge members receive the foundational 36-volume audio library and The Power Within — Five-Volume Collection, subject to the applicable content release schedules.

B. Eight Direction Forge Phases

Members receive access to the following eight phases:

• The Hidden Force
• The Art of Transmutation
• Health & Vitality
• Magnetism & Influence
• Wealth & Manifestation
• Power & Protection
• Integration
• Sovereignty

These eight phases are made available upon successful enrollment and activation of the Direction Forge membership.

C. The Power Within Master Edition

Direction Forge members also receive The Power Within Master Edition, comprising 61 chapters.

These chapters are made available progressively through a scheduled release system, according to a seven-day schedule.

MEMBERSHIP DISTINCTION

Direction Forge includes the Forge Foundation materials and the additional resources expressly identified above.

Purchasing Forge Foundation alone does not automatically grant access to Direction Forge-exclusive materials.

4.DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY AND ACCESS

All products sold under these memberships are digital educational products.

No physical books, printed materials, storage devices, or other physical goods are included unless expressly stated in a separate offer.

Following successful payment, members will ordinarily receive enrollment confirmation and instructions for accessing their courses through the email address provided during checkout.

Access is provided through the Academy's designated membership and course platform, which may include Systeme.io or other authorized technology providers.

Members are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to their registered email account.

Delivery times may vary because of payment verification, account provisioning, technical maintenance, email filtering, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If you do not receive your enrollment instructions, please contact customer support.

The absence or delay of an automated email does not remove any applicable statutory rights.

5.CONTENT RELEASE SCHEDULES

Certain educational resources are released immediately, while others follow a scheduled delivery structure.

For clarity:

• Forge Foundation's 36 foundational audio volumes are available immediately.
• The five-volume Power Within collection follows a seven-day release schedule.
• Direction Forge's eight training phases are available immediately.
• The 61-chapter Master Edition follows a seven-day release schedule.

Scheduled content is not necessarily available in full on the initial enrollment date.

Members acknowledge that access to drip-released materials depends on the applicable release schedule and continued membership eligibility.

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant product description, the seven-day schedule refers to progressive releases at seven-day intervals rather than the release of the entire collection within seven days.

We may correct technical errors affecting content release schedules, provided that we do not materially reduce purchased benefits without an appropriate remedy or any notice required by law.

6.SUBSCRIPTION BILLING AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Forge Foundation and Direction Forge are recurring monthly subscription products.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Power Within Academy and its designated payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the initial subscription payment and subsequent recurring monthly payments until the subscription is cancelled.

The applicable recurring rates are:

• Forge Foundation: US$9.97 per month
• Direction Forge: US$19.99 per month

Unless otherwise disclosed at checkout, billing recurs monthly based on the initial subscription billing date, subject to payment processor scheduling and calendar-month variations.

A subscription does not automatically expire after the first month.

It continues until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

The monthly subscription price, renewal frequency, and automatic-renewal arrangement must be disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.

7.PRICES, CURRENCY, AND TAXES

All prices stated in these Terms are denominated in United States dollars (USD).

Applicable sales taxes, value-added taxes, goods and services taxes, harmonized sales taxes, or similar government-imposed charges may be added where required by law.

Any applicable taxes and the final amount payable will be disclosed during checkout where legally required.

If your payment account uses a currency other than USD, your financial institution or payment provider may apply exchange rates, conversion charges, or international transaction fees.

Power Within Academy does not control fees independently imposed by your bank or payment provider.

8.FOUNDING-MEMBER PRICING

Power Within Academy may offer special founding-member subscription prices.

Where a customer enrolls under an expressly advertised founding-member offer, the applicable price and any price-protection promise will be governed by the specific written terms of that offer.

Unless an offer expressly guarantees a fixed rate for a defined period, a founding-member designation alone does not establish a permanent, unchangeable price.

Any proposed changes to an existing member's recurring subscription rate will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law.

Where required, we will obtain the member's consent before implementing a change.

9.PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You authorize the processing of charges associated with the subscription you select.

Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment service providers.

Power Within Academy does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card information.

You agree to maintain accurate payment information and promptly update it if your payment method expires or changes.

If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again through our authorized payment provider.

We may suspend paid access following an unsuccessful payment, subject to applicable law and any required notice.

We will not knowingly charge customers for a subscription that has been effectively cancelled.

10.CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your membership at any time.

There is no mandatory long-term commitment beyond the applicable monthly subscription period.

To cancel, use any cancellation function made available in your membership or billing account, or contact:

Your cancellation request should identify the email address associated with your membership.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges once processed and effective.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you may continue accessing eligible materials until that period ends.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for a completed billing period.

Refund eligibility is governed by Section 11 and any applicable mandatory consumer protection rights.

We will provide confirmation of cancellation through an available communication channel.

Members are encouraged to submit cancellation requests before their next scheduled renewal date.

11.30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Power Within Academy offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on the initial purchase of Forge Foundation and Direction Forge.

11.1 GUARANTEE PERIOD

The guarantee begins on the date of the customer's initial successful subscription purchase.

A customer may request a refund within 30 calendar days of that initial purchase.

11.2 ELIGIBILITY

The guarantee applies to the initial subscription payment for the purchased membership.

A customer does not need to demonstrate that the educational program failed to produce a particular result in order to request a refund within the guarantee period.

11.3 REQUESTING A REFUND

To request a refund, contact:

Include the email address used at checkout and identify the membership purchased.

Requests must be submitted within the applicable 30-day period.

11.4 REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider and the customer's financial institution.

11.5 RECURRING PAYMENTS

The voluntary 30-day guarantee is measured from the initial purchase date.

It does not automatically restart with each monthly renewal.

Renewal charges outside the initial guarantee period are not ordinarily refundable merely because the member did not use the service, except where required by law or otherwise approved by Power Within Academy.

11.6 REFUND AND ACCESS

When a membership payment is fully refunded, access associated with that refunded membership may be terminated.

11.7 STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this guarantee limits additional refund, cancellation, or other remedies available under applicable consumer protection legislation.

12.MEMBERSHIP ACCESS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

Each membership is intended for the individual customer who purchased it.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

You must not share your login details with unauthorized persons, sell account access, or permit others to use your subscription as a substitute for purchasing their own membership.

You must notify us promptly if you reasonably believe that your account has been compromised.

We may investigate suspected unauthorized account activity and take reasonable steps to protect the platform and its members.

Any suspension or termination will be subject to applicable consumer protection requirements.

13.PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL LICENSE

Purchasing a membership does not transfer ownership of the educational materials to the customer.

Instead, Power Within Academy grants the customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the included materials for private educational purposes while the applicable membership remains active.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, members may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit course materials.
• Upload audio recordings or educational materials to public websites or file-sharing platforms.
• Share paid course content with non-members.
• Republish transcripts, recordings, or substantial portions of protected materials.
• Remove copyright notices or ownership information.
• Use the materials to create competing commercial educational products through unauthorized copying or redistribution.

Any permitted downloads remain subject to the same personal-use restrictions.

Termination of membership does not grant continued access rights to subscription-only materials.

14.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original course content, audio recordings, written materials, educational frameworks, website designs, branding, graphics, and other protected works made available by Power Within Academy are owned by Power Within Academy or used under appropriate authorization.

These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The names Power Within Academy, Forge Foundation, and Direction Forge may be used to identify our products and services.

No ownership rights or commercial exploitation rights are transferred through the purchase of a membership.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use may result in account termination and appropriate legal action.

15.EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

All Power Within Academy programs are provided for educational and personal development purposes.

The Academy presents ideas, principles, frameworks, and practices intended to support personal reflection and self-directed learning.

Members remain responsible for determining whether and how to apply the information to their circumstances.

Participation does not guarantee specific improvements in discipline, productivity, income, health, relationships, confidence, emotional well-being, or any other personal outcome.

Individual experiences vary significantly.

The effectiveness or suitability of any practice may depend on personal circumstances, consistency, health, environment, and other factors.

Members should exercise independent judgment and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

16.HEALTH, WELLNESS, AND SEXUAL TRANSMUTATION DISCLAIMER

Certain Direction Forge and Forge Foundation materials discuss sexual energy, desire, restraint, sexual transmutation, vitality, habits, physical well-being, and psychological self-regulation.

These discussions are educational and philosophical.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or psychological disorder.

Power Within Academy does not represent that semen retention, sexual transmutation, or any particular practice produces guaranteed hormonal, physiological, neurological, reproductive, or medical benefits.

Claims or examples involving energy, vitality, confidence, focus, or personal transformation should not be interpreted as guaranteed clinical outcomes.

The materials do not replace advice from qualified physicians, mental health professionals, or other licensed practitioners.

Members should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before undertaking practices that could affect their physical or mental health, particularly if they have relevant medical concerns.

17.FINANCIAL, CAREER, AND BUSINESS DISCLAIMER

Some educational materials may discuss wealth, value creation, personal influence, professional development, or economic independence.

Such content is provided for general educational purposes only.

Power Within Academy does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

We do not guarantee employment, promotions, business success, increased income, investment returns, or financial independence.

Members are responsible for their own financial and professional decisions.

Consult qualified professionals when making decisions requiring specialized advice.

18.NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Testimonials, illustrations, case studies, examples, or stories presented in our marketing or educational materials are intended to illustrate experiences or concepts.

They do not establish that every member will achieve similar results.

Any personal transformation depends on numerous factors outside the Academy's control.

Purchasing a membership grants access to the specified educational content and services; it does not purchase or guarantee a particular personal outcome.

19.COURSE UPDATES AND CONTENT AVAILABILITY

Power Within Academy may periodically improve, revise, reorganize, correct, or expand its educational materials.

We may also update technical delivery methods, replace defective files, or make changes needed to maintain platform functionality.

We will not intentionally remove a material portion of a customer's purchased subscription benefits without providing any notice, remedy, or alternative required by applicable law.

Additional courses, future programs, bonus materials, and new products are not automatically included in existing memberships unless expressly advertised as part of the purchased offering.

The availability of a particular future product should not be assumed unless specifically promised in writing.

20.MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES AND DOWNGRADES

Customers may request a change between Forge Foundation and Direction Forge where supported by the membership platform.

An upgrade from Forge Foundation to Direction Forge may involve a change in the recurring subscription rate and access to additional educational materials.

A downgrade from Direction Forge to Forge Foundation will remove eligibility for Direction Forge-exclusive content when the downgrade takes effect.

Any billing adjustments, credits, or effective dates associated with a membership change must be disclosed and agreed upon before the change is completed.

A member will not be charged for two active membership subscriptions as part of an intended replacement without clear authorization.

21.PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS

We aim to maintain reasonable access to purchased educational materials.

However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary disruptions may arise from scheduled maintenance, internet connectivity problems, hosting outages, payment processing issues, security incidents, or third-party technology failures.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical problems within our control.

Members are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, internet access, and appropriate software.

Where a material service failure occurs, customers may be entitled to remedies under applicable law.

22.ACCEPTABLE USE

Members must use the Academy and its educational materials lawfully and respectfully.

Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized account access, attempts to bypass payment restrictions, distribution of malicious software, interference with platform operations, infringement of intellectual property rights, and fraudulent payment activity.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, protect other users, or comply with legal obligations.

We will not use this provision to defeat valid refund or consumer protection rights.

23.TERMINATION BY POWER WITHIN ACADEMY

We may suspend or terminate a membership where there is a material violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unlawful use, or a serious security concern.

Where reasonable and appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the violation.

Termination for misconduct does not automatically extinguish rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

Where we discontinue a paid membership for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct, we will provide any refund, notice, or other remedy required by law.

24.THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Power Within Academy may use third-party services for payment processing, course hosting, email delivery, website hosting, analytics, and customer account management.

These providers may have separate terms and privacy practices governing their services.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services outside our reasonable control, but this does not exclude responsibilities that the law places on us as the seller.

25.PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect and process personal information as necessary to manage purchases, provide membership access, process payments, communicate with customers, maintain platform security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Personal information may include names, email addresses, transaction records, account activity, and information required to administer subscriptions.

Our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.

Customers should review the Privacy Policy available on our website.

Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

26.COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRONIC NOTICES

By enrolling, you agree to receive transactional communications reasonably necessary to administer your purchase and membership.

These may include purchase confirmations, receipts, access instructions, billing notifications, cancellation confirmations, important service notices, and material updates to these Terms.

Transactional communications are distinct from optional promotional marketing messages.

Where consent is required for promotional communications, we will obtain and respect that consent.

27.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Power Within Academy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of its educational materials, including speculative lost profits or anticipated personal outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in this section removes a customer's statutory right to refunds, remedies for misrepresentation, or other mandatory consumer protections.

We remain responsible for performing our contractual obligations in accordance with applicable law.

28.INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses directly arising from your unlawful use of the platform, intentional infringement of intellectual property rights, fraudulent conduct, or material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require consumers to indemnify Power Within Academy for our own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of mandatory legal obligations.

29.EVENTS BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL

Neither party will be held responsible for delays caused by extraordinary events beyond its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

Examples may include widespread infrastructure failures, natural disasters, major telecommunications outages, or government-imposed restrictions.

This provision does not remove any refund or cancellation rights available to consumers under applicable law.

30.CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Power Within Academy may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, operational practices, or legal requirements.

The updated Terms will display a revised effective date.

Where a proposed change materially affects an existing subscription, we will provide advance notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired under an earlier agreement.

If a customer does not accept a material change, the customer may exercise applicable cancellation rights.

31.GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in the customer's place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Any dispute resolution provision must be interpreted consistently with applicable consumer protection legislation.

32.COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We encourage customers to contact our support team first if a concern arises regarding billing, access, product descriptions, refunds, or membership administration.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate complaints and provide a response.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue available legal remedies before a court or other competent authority, subject to applicable law.

These Terms do not impose mandatory private arbitration or prohibit participation in legal proceedings where such restrictions would be unenforceable.

33.SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect where legally permissible.

34.ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the applicable product description, the checkout disclosures, the Privacy Policy where relevant, and any specific written promotional conditions form the agreement governing the purchase.

Where an express promise made at checkout provides greater rights or benefits than these general Terms, that specific promise will govern to the extent required by law.

No provision of these Terms is intended to contradict mandatory consumer legislation.
