Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically reverse charges that were validly processed before cancellation.

Access following cancellation may continue until the end of the applicable paid billing period, depending on the terms of the offer and the platform through which access is provided.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds

Where an offer is advertised with a satisfaction guarantee, the terms displayed on the applicable sales or checkout page form part of the purchase terms.

The Ascension Path is currently presented with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Eligible customers seeking to use that guarantee should contact Power Within Academy within 30 days of the applicable initial purchase.

Refund eligibility may be subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase and applicable law.

11. Program Access and Content Release

Some programs use scheduled or progressive content release rather than making all materials available immediately.

The Ascension Path may release phases or volumes according to a structured progression. Access schedules may be described on the applicable sales page, membership area or accompanying communications.
